We use trusted third-party providers to operate Woyly, including services for payment processing, authentication, object storage, email delivery, and error monitoring. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

Some of these providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), in accordance with the GDPR.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. AI Features

Woyly includes an optional AI editing assistant available on paid plans. When you use this feature, the content of your page — block structure and text — is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. This data is used solely to generate a response for your specific request. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. You may delete individual sites from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us — deletion requests are processed within 30 days, after which your personal data and published content are removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to operate the service, including session cookies to keep you signed in and preference cookies to remember your settings. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

On our marketing website, we use Rybbit, a cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns. Rybbit does not set cookies or use local storage to identify visitors. It briefly processes IP addresses to calculate unique visitor counts and approximate location, which we rely on as a legitimate interest rather than consent.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
