These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Woyly platform, website, and related services operated by Enluntria OÜ. By accessing or using Woyly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Woyly is a website builder for local businesses. It enables individuals and businesses to create and publish a web presence quickly, without requiring design or development expertise.
The service is available on free and paid subscription plans as described on the pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Woyly. By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
Account deletion. You may delete individual sites at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, including all associated data, please contact us. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Woyly offers a free plan intended as an introduction to the service. The free plan is subject to fair use limits, including but not limited to storage, bandwidth, and the number of published sites.
Fair use is defined as usage that is consistent with the intended introductory purpose of the free plan and does not place a disproportionate burden on our infrastructure or negatively affect other users.

Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
Failure to complete payment may result in downgrade to the free plan, suspension, or termination of access to paid features.
You agree to use Woyly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to publish, distribute, or facilitate any content or activity that:
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice where the violation is serious.
Woyly has a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, content that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorist content, content that incites violence, and content that violates intellectual property law.
We will act promptly on reports of illegal content and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required. Illegal content will be removed and the responsible account will be permanently terminated.

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we operate a notice-and-action mechanism through the report form above. Where we remove or disable access to content, or suspend or terminate an account, we will provide the affected user with a statement of reasons for that decision, except where prohibited by law. Our single point of contact for users and authorities under the DSA is our contact form; communication may be conducted in English or Estonian.
You retain ownership of the content you publish through Woyly. By publishing content, you grant Enluntria OÜ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you publish. Woyly does not review content prior to publication and is not responsible for user-generated content.
All intellectual property rights in the Woyly platform, including software, branding, and platform content, remain the exclusive property of Enluntria OÜ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your active subscription or free plan access.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enluntria OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Woyly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
